David Forsee (he/they) is an artist, designer, and director creating and performing multimedia theatre, projection mapping interventions, and new media work.

They’ve been fortunate to work with talented folks on Broadway, Off-Broadway, internationally, in digital spaces, and on the local street corner.

Their passion lies in making media and performances that playfully interrogate systems of oppression using the same new media technologies those systems often weaponize. They operate by radical empathy, open-source creation, and hacking culture. Their toolkit is a strange modgepodge of motion graphics, live footage, creative coding, and realtime technologies.

They’re also currently in debt because of a degree from the BFA InterArts Performance program at the University of Michigan.
